Pinnacle Pastures Farm has White Mountain broilers raised on pasture. Available on a first come first serve basis.

We will be growing two groups of White Mountain broilers, one starting in April and another in July. These are quiet, fast growing, well-feathered birds with excellent conformation. Many hatcheries refer to these birds as "cornish cross" and they are fully capable of reaching 4 lbs. in 6 to 7 weeks. We will grow these birds on pasture to enhance flavor and nutrient content and density of meat which will require an additional week or two.
Birds from the April flock will be available for on farm pickup or shipped via FedEx to your home in June or July. The July flock should be available in September or October. Photos of the flocks will be available on the web as they grow. Please place your order early to ensure your enjoyment of these delicious birds for those special dinners!
